About

Helping your ministry equip small group leaders

As a partner with the WinShape College Program, we'll come alongside your to equip, empower, and mobilize your young adults and college-aged students to lead small groups/make disciples in your community.

Why partner with us?

We know how invested you are in your students’ success and confidence in discipling others well.

At WinShape College Program’s Discipleship Intensives, we offer 3-day and 5-day events that teach students how to lead others through teaching content, feedback, and hands-on experiences so that they can lead small groups with confidence.

Over the last 40 years, hundreds of students have completed discipleship experiences with WinShape College Program. We’ve taken the essential strategies used in our ministry and boiled them down to an intensive format that your students can absorb and apply as soon as they return to campus.

What’s the plan?

  1. Speak with our team. We’ll get to know you and your unique ministry to determine the best way to serve you.
  2. Experience a Discipleship Intensive.
  3. Watch your young adults thrive in their own context.
