Randy Winton
Manager, Partner Development
As a Manager for our Partner Development team, Randy is focused on serving and supporting college and young adult ministry leaders throughout the Southeast and Midwest regions. He believes in the lasting impact the WinShape College Program and our talented Discipleship Intensives team can have on college-aged adults. Randy's passion is in building relationships with ministry leaders and providing a pathway of investment that leads to loving and leading college students by equipping and empowering them to be confident disciple-makers.
Randy is a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and graduated from Carson-Newman University. He spent 17 years as a sportswriter and broadcaster before feeling called into student ministry. After spending 25 years in student ministry, Randy joined the WinShape College Program Discipleship Intensives team in 2019. When not traveling across the Southeast and Midwest to college towns to meet with ministry leaders and students, Randy spends most of his free time at the baseball field, and is also on the coaching staff of Model High School in Rome, GA. He and his wife, Rachel have been married 26 years and raised four boys. Beyond Discipleship Intensives and baseball, Randy enjoys playing golf, writing (he has written three books), mentoring, and spending time with his family especially the newest addition, his first grandbaby girl named Chapel.
