Manager - Programming, Discipleship Intensives
As the Manager of Programming for our Discipleship Intensives, Emily Katherine's role focuses on supervising her team, training Bible teachers, and event planning. She considers her God-given strength to be teaching the Bible in fun and creative ways. Her favorite aspects of her role are watching young people come to believe that they are capable of making disciples.
Emily Katherine, known around the College Program as "EmK," is from Spartanburg, South Carolina. She attended Berry College while a WinShape student and earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. After her undergrad, Emily Katherine pursued further education at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, where she obtained her Master of Divinity. She is to married her husband, Emery, and enjoys Atlanta Braves baseball, writing, and playing volleyball.
